Regardless of the number of rooms rented, the villa will be completely private for the group.

Babies from 0 to 2 years old do not pay, with a maximum of 2 babies per stay. Children older than 2 years are considered guests.

If you rent fewer rooms, the empty rooms will remain closed.

During the regular season, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

During high season (Christmas, New Year, Holy Week, and Easter Week), a minimum stay of 6 to 7 nights applies. If your reservation includes dates spanning both Christmas–New Year or Holy Week–Easter Week, a minimum stay of 11 nights is required.

Rates do not include transportation, tours, meals, or personal expenses.

Taxes and a security deposit are not included in the quoted price and will be added separately.

Food and beverages for guests are not included in the price.

House staff is included in the rate (chef, waiter, and housekeeping service).
