
HOUSE RULES
We aim to provide the villa in excellent condition for its intended use, so guests must return it in the same condition at the end of their rental agreement. By renting the villa, whether through a private contract or a digital platform, guests and their companions agree to follow these rules:
It is strictly prohibited to:
1. Bring unauthorized pets onto the premises.
2. Smoke inside the rooms.
3. Make copies of property keys.
4. Remove any items from the property.
5. Create excessive noise between 11 p.m. and 10 a.m.
6. Damage furniture, decorations, appliances, or any part of the property.
7. Use hot air balloons or any pyrotechnic devices that may endanger the villa's and its guests' safety.
8. Organize events or parties without prior authorization from management.
9. Engage in or organize illegal or immoral activities.
We kindly ask you to:
1. Respect the guest limit in the rental agreement.
2. Do not store food in bedrooms or leave wet clothes on the floor.
3. Keep valuables in the safe deposit boxes; we are not responsible for lost items.
4. Refrain from hanging towels or bathing suits on balconies.
5. Do not sit on beds or furniture in wet bathing suits or place wet towels on them.
6. Park in the garage and clear the street; do not block or double park.
7. Help conserve resources by not leaving faucets, showers, lights or AC operating unnecessarily.
Pets: Villa Jade has a strict no-pets policy, except for certified assistance dogs. In this case, additional sanitization fees may apply.
Housekeeping Staff: Please respect the staff's work and break schedules during your stay. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent service exclusively within the property; therefore, they are not allowed to use guest vehicles or escort guests off the premises for safety reasons. If you need assistance with transportation, a driver, or other requests, our concierge will be happy to help you.
Additionally, it is strictly prohibited for team members to babysit children. If you require a babysitter, please get in touch with your concierge. For safety reasons, only staff and vendors authorized by management can enter the villa. I appreciate your understanding.
Events, Parties, and Commercial Photography: Organizing events or parties and taking commercial photos or videos on the property is permitted only with prior approval from management. Tenants are advised to read their rental agreement. Please note that the property is located within a development and is subject to the rules governing its use. Unfortunately, permits for specific services or activities may not always be possible due to factors beyond the owner's control.
Pool: For everyone's safety, please avoid leaving bottles, glasses, or foreign objects near the pool area. Additionally, bubble baths, shampoos, and foam baths should not be used. It is essential to avoid introducing substances, food, or foreign objects into the water. To ensure the safety of children under 12 years of age, they should always be under direct adult supervision. Please note that our property staff is not authorized to supervise minors, but our concierge team can assist you in arranging a babysitter if necessary.
Illegal or Immoral Activities. We have established guidelines prohibiting unlawful or unethical behavior to maintain a safe environment. This includes, but is not limited to, destruction of property/furniture; physical altercations/abuse/aggression or abusive language towards staff, guests, or others; use of fireworks; participation in criminal sexual conduct such as prostitution, entry of sex workers, or sexual abuse of minors; possession or use of illicit drugs; or carrying firearms among others. It is critical to comply with these rules, as failure to do so will result in immediate expulsion of the Guest from the villa without any refund or compensation. Please note that violating Mexican laws could result in arrest, so it is essential to follow these rules. The authorities will be contacted to handle the situation if these rules are not followed.
These and other simple rules will be outlined upon your arrival and politely enforced but firmly monitored by the villa staff. We request your cooperation in maintaining an environment that encourages relaxation and enjoyment. If you detect any issues, please notify the House Manager or Concierge.
